Metal Oxide Varistor 470V 2.5kA DISC 10mm 10D471K The Metal Oxide Varistor 470V 2.5kA DISC 10mm 10D471K is a 10mm disc zinc-oxide (ZOV) varistor engineered for transient over-voltage suppression and surge energy absorption in electronic and power systems. It provides a nominal varistor voltage around 470V and a low clamping voltage under high-energy 8/20µs surge pulses, delivering reliable protection for semiconductors, power supplies, industrial controls and consumer electronics while occupying minimal board area.
