IR2113S Half Bridge Gate Driver SMD SOIC-16 The IR2113S is a high-voltage, high-speed gate driver integrated circuit designed specifically for driving power MOSFETs and IGBTs in half-bridge configurations. Manufactured by Infineon Technologies, this surface-mount device (SMD) comes in a SOIC-16-300mil wide-body package, offering robust performance for demanding applications. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels, enabling precise control of N-channel power devices in high-side setups operating up to 600V offset voltage.
