Ai-Thinker Ra-01S LoRaWAN Module The Ai-Thinker Ra-01S LoRa Module is a high-performance wireless communication solution tailored for long-range, low-power applications in the Internet of Things (IoT). Built around the Semtech SX1268 chip, this module operates in the 410-525MHz frequency band, aligning with regional regulations for sub-GHz communication. The Ra-01S leverages LoRa modulation technology, a spread spectrum technique derived from chirp spread spectrum (CSS), to deliver exceptional range, reliability, and power efficiency, making it an excellent choice for battery-powered devices in smart cities, industrial automation, and agricultural monitoring. Features: LoRa™ modem. Support FSK, GFSK, MSK, GMSK, LoRa™ and OOK modulation methods. Support frequency band 410MHz~525MHz. Working voltage is 3.3V, maximum output is +22dBm, maximum working current is140mA. Low power consumption characteristics in receiving state, the minimum receiving current is 4.5 mA, standby current is 1.6mA. High sensitivity: as low as -140dBm. Small volume dual row stamp hole patch package. The module adopts SPI interface, half-duplex communication, with CRC, upto256-byte packet engine.
