Zinc Oxide Varistor (ZOV) 20D561K The Zinc Oxide Varistor ZOV-20D561K is a high-performance voltage-dependent resistor engineered to protect electronic circuits against transient overvoltage events such as lightning strikes, inductive load switching, and power line disturbances. Built using advanced zinc oxide (ZnO) technology, this varistor delivers excellent nonlinear characteristics, ensuring fast clamping action and reliable circuit protection. Features: High surge current capability up to 6.5kA (8/20µs). Nominal varistor voltage of 560V with ±10% tolerance. Wide operating voltage range from 504V to 616V. High energy absorption capability up to 220J. Fast response time for effective transient suppression. Low leakage current and high insulation resistance.
