MUR3040PT Switch-Mode Ultra-Fast Recovery Rectifier 400V 30A TO-218 The MUR3040PT by ON Semiconductor is an ultrafast switch-mode power rectifier designed for use in switching power supplies, inverters, and as free-wheeling diodes. It features a high-temperature glass-passivated junction, a UL 94 V-0 rated molded epoxy case, and corrosion-resistant, readily solderable terminal leads.
