IXCP10M90S Current Regulator 100mA TO-220-3 The IXCP10M90S is a high-voltage, switchable current-regulator packaged in a TO-220-3 (TO-220AB) case. It is designed to act as an on/off current source rather than a simple resistor, providing a controlled plateau current over a wide VAK range. The device is tailored for low-current, high-voltage roles where a steady current is required while the voltage across the device can swing to hundreds of volts.
