MC14000U-BCP Motorola Dual 3-In NOR Gate Plus Inverted IC PDIP-14 The MC14000U-BCP Motorola Dual 3-In NOR Gate Plus Inverted IC PDIP-14 is a CMOS logic device that integrates two independent 3-input NOR gates and a single inverter in a PDIP-14 package, designed for low power dissipation, high input impedance and wide supply operation from 3.0V to 18V for use in battery and mains-powered digital systems and direct replacement for CD4000UB. Features Two independent 3-input NOR gates plus one inverter in a single PDIP-14 package. Wide operating supply range: 3.0V to 18V. Diode protection on all inputs for improved noise and ESD robustness. Very low quiescent supply current characteristic of CMOS logic. Pin-for-pin replacement for CD4000/MC14000 family devices. Standard PDIP-14 footprint for easy prototyping and through-hole mounting.
