PC921 Optocoupler Dip-8 IC The PC921 is a high-power OPIC (Optical Integrated Circuit) photocoupler designed for inverter control and general-purpose applications. Packaged in an 8-pin DIP format, it features an integrated light-emitting diode (LED) and photovoltaic output transistor with a built-in signal processing circuit. This device ensures high isolation between input and output sides with a typical isolation voltage of 5kVrms, making it suitable for safety-critical and noise-sensitive environments.
