KA3525A PWM Controller 500mA SMD IC The KA3525-A is a monolithic integrated circuit designed as a high-performance Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) controller. It is equipped with a comprehensive set of features that provide all the necessary building blocks to implement a fixed-frequency, voltage-mode switching power supply. The internal architecture includes a temperature-compensated voltage reference, an on-chip error amplifier, a precision oscillator, a pulse-steering flip-flop, a current-limit protection circuit, and an under-voltage lockout (UVLO) circuit. Additionally, the output stage of the KA3525A incorporates two alternating totem-pole output drivers capable of sourcing or sinking up to 500mA of peak current each.
