IRF520 MOSFET DRIVER MODULE The IRF-520 MOSFET Driver Module is a compact and cost-effective breakout board designed to utilize the IRF520 N-channel MOSFET transistor for switching high-current DC loads. This module enables control of heavy DC loads, such as DC motors, high-power LEDs, solenoids, and other devices, using a single digital pin from a microcontroller. It is particularly popular in robotics and DIY electronics projects due to its ease of use and versatility. The module features screw terminals for secure and straightforward connections to both the load and external power sources, along with an onboard LED indicator that illuminates when the load is being switched. Features: Using original IRF520 Power MOS, you can adjust the output PWM. Drive up to 24V allows the load, such as LED lights, DC motors, miniature pumps, solenoid valves. PWM dimming LED can be used to achieve step less dimming, variable speed motor control.
