BZX55C24 Zener Diode 24V 0.5W The BZX55C24 is a silicon planar Zener diode designed to provide controlled voltage regulation when operated in its reverse-breakdown region. According to the supplied Semtech datasheet, it has a nominal Zener voltage of 24V, with a specified Zener voltage range of 22.8V to 25.6V at a Zener test current of 5mA. The diode is rated for 500mW maximum power dissipation at an ambient temperature of 25°C and is available in an axial glass DO-35 package.
