Electromagnet Solenoid Lock 10mm 12V 600mA
From the shop's description
Electromagnet Solenoid Lock 10mm 12V 600mA is a high-quality electronic component designed for Arduino, prototyping, and educational electronics. Does controlling door and cabinet access with the power of Electromagnetism interest you? Excellent! In effect, this latch/lock solenoid is an electronic lock. When powered with a 12VDC source, the latch is pulled in, allowing movement. Without power, the latch is extended, blocking movement and your secret drawer is safe and secure. This Solenoid Latch comes with a mounting bracket which can be removed with two screws. Once removed the solenoid can be rotated 180 and remounted. An intermittent-duty solenoid is designed to be energized for no more than 10 seconds. The intermittent duty solenoid is used in a fail-secure(products are locked when power is removed. Power is applied to unlock the door) electric strike application. Features Draws 600mA at 12V Designed for 1-10 seconds long activation time Unlocking Time: 1 second Energized forms: Intermittent The lock pin extends 10mm Wire length: 33cm Terminates in a 2-pin male JST connector. It’s perfect for DIY makers, students, and anyone building custom electronic circuits or STEM kits.
