From Makers Electronics's description
XT60 Battery Connector Set (Male , Female) 2 pin The XT60 Battery Connector Set (Male , Female) 2 pin is a high-performance connector designed primarily for use in RC (remote control) vehicles, drones, electric bikes, and various battery-powered electronics. Crafted from durable nylon and featuring gold-plated brass terminals, these connectors ensure a secure, high-current connection with minimal resistance and excellent heat resistance. The set includes one male and one female connector, each featuring two pins for straightforward polarity alignment and secure locking during operation. Thanks to their tight, snap-fit design, XT60 connectors prevent accidental disconnection even under vibration or load stress. They are rated for continuous currents up to 60A and can handle brief spikes even higher, making them ideal for high-drain lithium polymer (LiPo) battery systems. Easy to solder and compact in size, the XT60 connectors provide both safety and reliability in demanding electrical applications. Features: The XT60 Battery Connector is design of special-shaped sheath, groove card slot, non-slip plug and waterproof steam, and has humanized welding joint, which has high integration degree and is convenient for welding and plugging. High Current Capacity and Supports DC voltage up to 500V. The internal banana insert and the plastic case are integrally casted, and the combination is tight and resistant to plugging. Its plastic casing is made of insulating material, and its flame retardant grade has reached UL94 V0. It is not easy to burn after fire, and it is automatically extinguished when it leaves the fire source. Designed to provide a secure and efficient electrical connection, minimizing power loss during operation. Lightweight and small, making it ideal for applications where space and weight are critical. Provides excellent conductivity and Corrosion-resistant, ensuring long-term performance. Withstands high temperatures without deformation and Ensures safety during high-current applications. Prevents reverse polarity connection, protecting devices from damage. Designed with large solder cups, simplifying the wiring process and Compatible with a variety of wire gauges. Snug mating mechanism ensures connectors stay firmly in place during operation and Prevents accidental disconnections. Compliant with environmental safety regulations. The XT60 Battery Connector Male is a widely used connector in RC models, drones, and other battery-powered electronics due to its reliability and compact design.
