From Makers Electronics's description
UNI-T UT345C LPG Tank Level Checker The UT345C is a pen-style, portable ultrasonic device crafted to let users check how much liquefied gas remains in LPG bottles without needing to lift or tilt them. Its slim, handheld shape gives it the feel of a test probe; you press it against the curved side of a gas cylinder, and it communicates its reading via LED lights. Its build is designed for quick checks, not precision measurement, but for everyday use it bridges convenience and function. When in use, you position the probe perpendicularly against different heights on the gas bottle. The unit emits ultrasonic pulses inward, detects reflections, and determines whether liquid is present at that level. Then the LED indicator lights green if liquid is present, red if not, or flashes during measurement. There’s a built-in flashlight to assist when ambient light is low, such as in darker kitchens, storage rooms, or outdoor BBQ settings. The measurement feedback is immediate, giving the user a quick sense of where the fill level lies. In practice, the UT345C becomes a useful tool for households, gas retailers, restaurants, or campsites that rely on LPG tanks. Rather than guessing or tipping tanks, you can quickly scan levels at multiple points. Its simplicity no need for calibration, no complicated readouts makes it effective for nontechnical users. Over time, it reduces waste, ensures timely refills, and helps avoid situations where a tank runs dry unexpectedly. Features: Pen-like design. Compact and portable. Simple determination without additional accessories required. Red and green LED indication. Easy to measure without moving the gas bottles. Flashlight design.
