SAB 8052B-P Single-Chip Microcontroller IC 8Bit PDIP-40 The SAB 8052B-P is a high-performance 8-bit single-chip microcontroller, a member of the SAB 8052/8032 family. It is fabricated in an advanced N-channel, silicon-gate Siemens MYMOS technology, and it comes in a 40-pin plastic dual-in-line package (P-DIP-40). This microcontroller is fully backward compatible with the SAB 8051/8031, providing a seamless upgrade path with enhanced features. It integrates an 8Kx8 ROM, 256×8 RAM, 32 I/O lines, three 16-bit timers, and a full-duplex serial channel. It is a powerful and cost-effective solution for a wide range of applications that require up to 64 Kbytes of program and data memory.
