TPS54202HDDCR Step-down type Adjustable 2A 4.5V~28V 596mV~28V TSOT-23-6 DC-DC Converters SMD IC The TPS54202H is a high-efficiency, synchronous step-down DC-DC converter designed for applications requiring compact size and low power consumption. It accepts input voltages ranging from 4.5 V to 28 V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.596 V to 28 V with a maximum output current of 2 A. The device features integrated low RDS(on) MOSFETs 148 mΩ and 78 mΩ, which minimize conduction losses, and operates at a fixed switching frequency of 500 kHz, allowing for small external components. With internal loop compensation, a 5-ms soft start, and advanced protection features such as overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, and thermal shutdown, the TPS54202H simplifies design and enhances reliability.
