GL20528 Photoresistor Sensor LDR 5-10KΩ 20mm The GL20528 Photoresistor Sensor LDR 5-10KΩ 20mm is a 20mm diameter light-sensitive photoresistor (LDR) made of semiconductor material whose resistance decreases with increasing light intensity. It features a large sensing area for improved sensitivity, epoxy coating for durability, and a spectral peak around 560 nm that aligns with human eye sensitivity. It operates at a maximum voltage of 500VDC and power rating of 100 mW, with a light resistance typically in the 5–10kΩ range under bright light and around 1MΩ in darkness. It has a fast response time of about 30 milliseconds and is widely used in applications like camera exposure control, automatic lighting, flame detection, photocopy machines, and streetlight controls. Its good reliability, high sensitivity, and compact size make it suitable for various light detection and control systems in both industrial and consumer electronics.
