From Makers Electronics's description

UNI-T UT372D 2-in-1 Tachometer The UNI-T UT372D shines as a professional tachometer engineered for adaptability. With seamless switching between contact and non-contact (laser-based) modes, it allows for RPM measurements in a wide range of situations from touching rotating shafts to targeting reflective surfaces. Whether measuring motors, fans, or automotive components, its multi-mode design ensures precision in diverse work environments. This instrument isn’t just about measurement it’s about smart measurement. It offers gathered data storage across up to 10 groups, enabling quick recall of maximum, minimum, average, and last readings. With a rotatable backlit LCD, readings stay easily legible even in poorly lit spaces. User interaction is streamlined through quick-access buttons and a responsive interface, making complex diagnostics feel intuitive. Modern workflows demand connected tools, and the UT372D delivers. With its built-in Bluetooth support, users can transmit readings wirelessly to the UTienv (Android) or iENV (iOS) app facilitating real-time data export and detailed charting on smartphones. Its thoughtful safety design includes auto power-off after inactivity, low battery alerts, and a durable drop-proof build. Usability blends with reliability in every measurement. Features: Contact and non-contact measurement modes. Laser (optical) and contact wheel attachments. MAX/MIN/AVG/Last reading display. Rotatable, backlit LCD for easy readability. Unit conversion (RPM, Hz, REV, length, surface velocity). Bluetooth app connectivity (UTienv / iENV). Auto power-off after ~15 minutes idle. Data storage: up to 10 groups.
