744078 8-input NOR/OR gate IC DIP-14 The M74HC4078 is a high-speed CMOS 8-input NOR/OR gate manufactured using silicon-gate C2MOS technology. The OR output goes HIGH when one or more inputs are HIGH, while the NOR output goes HIGH only when all eight inputs are LOW.
