Fabricated using ISSI’s high-performance, low-power CMOS technology, this IC is designed for efficient memory storage and retrieval. When the Chip Select pin is HIGH , the device enters a standby mode, reducing power dissipation to approximately 150 μW at CMOS input levels. The IC supports easy memory expansion through active LOW Chip Select, Output Enable, and Write Enable inputs, which control read and write operations. It is pin-compatible with other 32K x 8 SRAMs and is housed in a 28-pin TSOP package, making it suitable for surface-mount applications.
