From Makers Electronics's description
UNI-T UT58D Digital Multimeter The UNI-T UT58D is a rugged 2000-count handheld digital multimeter designed for comprehensive electrical troubleshooting. Housed in a protective case with an ex-large LCD, the meter combines clear visual feedback with a straightforward rotary switch layout so users can quickly select measurement functions. Its electronics core uses large-scale integrated circuits and a dual A/D converter to deliver stable readings across many test modes. UT58D supports a broad set of measurements AC/DC voltage and current, resistance, capacitance, inductance, transistor hFE, diode and continuity all accessible through dedicated ranges and sockets. Practical controls such as data-hold, a continuity buzzer (audible below ~70 Ω), and a sleep/auto-power-off mode make it convenient for field and bench work while preserving battery life. The meter is intended for safe routine use when the proper terminals, ranges and precautions are observed. With a two-thousand-count display, multi-range coverage (28 measuring ranges), and a sturdy build that includes a holster and multi-purpose socket, the UT58D is suited for electricians, technicians and hobbyists. Its comprehensive measurement set, clear icons and durable construction make it a dependable tool for installation checks, maintenance and general diagnostics. Features 2000 display count, refresh rate 2~3 times/s. Function symbols and test lead connection indication. Transistor measurement. Inductance measurement. Diode and continuity buzzer; auto power off； overload protection. Data hold; 20A AC/DC current measurement.
