The 74HC Family use silicon gate CMOS technology to achieve operating speeds similar to the LSTTL family but with the low power consumption of standard CMOS integrated circuits. High-Speed CMOS Logic Operating Voltage: 2 to 6 V Compatibility: Input CMOS, Output CMOS The 74HC14, 74HCT14 is a high-speed Si-gate CMOS device and is pin compatible with Low-power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). The 74HC14, 74HCT14 provides six inverting buffers with Schmitt-trigger action. It is capable of transforming slowly changing input signals into sharply defined, jitter-free output signals.
