Super Capacitor Balancing Protection Board for 6 String 2.5V-3V The Super Capacitor Balancing Protection Board for 6 String 2.5V–3V is designed to protect and balance six supercapacitors connected in series. It continuously monitors the voltage of each individual cell and automatically begins balancing when a cell reaches the preset threshold. This helps prevent any single capacitor from exceeding its maximum rated voltage, significantly improving the safety, reliability, and service life of the capacitor bank. Passive balancing is achieved by dissipating excess energy through power resistors when necessary. This board is suitable for supercapacitor energy storage systems, backup power supplies, automotive applications, industrial equipment, and lithium titanate (LTO) battery packs operating in a similar voltage range. The balancing voltage can typically be adjusted within 2.5V to 3.0V per cell by modifying the resistor network, allowing the board to be adapted for different capacitor or LTO cell specifications.
