LM319N 8mV 1uA Comparator IC PDIP-14 The LM319N is a dual high-speed voltage comparator housed in a 14-pin PDIP package, engineered for rapid threshold detection in mixed-signal systems. It accepts a wide range of supply arrangements from a single 5 V logic supply up to ±15 V power rails and is optimized to provide fast, deterministic switching behavior rather than high-precision amplification. Each of the LM319N’s two independent channels compares differential inputs and drives an open-collector output transistor, allowing direct interfacing with TTL/CMOS logic, LEDs, or small relays when paired with an external pull-up.
