2SC828 is an NPN, Silicon-based AF Amplifier Transistor that is mainly used in AF based audio equipment for amplification and switching. It has a Collector-Emitter Voltage of 45 Vdc with a Collector-Base voltage of 45 Vdc. The 2SC828 transistor could provide 50mAdc of collector current continuously. It offers great stability in the medium frequency switching operation. The 2SC828 is available in three variants depending on the different levels of h FE . The variants are Q, R and S. The h FE levels are 130-260, 180-360, and 260-520 (min-max) respectively.
