From Makers Electronics's description

UNI-T UT331 Temperature Humidity Meter The UNI-T UT331 is a handheld thermo-hygrometer designed to monitor temperature and relative humidity in environment-sensitive settings. It has a fairly large rectangular body with a clear LCD screen, protected sensor cover (that opens/closes), and front controls that let the user toggle readings. When powered on, it displays temperature (in °C or °F) and humidity side by side, often with indication icons. The device feels solid in hand, made for bench or wall-mount placement, but still portable enough for carry around in labs, offices, or facilities. Measurement performance is meant to be stable, with fast response times when conditions change. The display updates regularly; users can see changes as humidity or temperature shifts, and the device can indicate peak (max) or minimum (min) values over monitoring periods. The firmware includes settings for local offset adjustment (for calibration or correction), time settings, and auto-off functions to conserve power. The sensor sits under a protective cover that helps avoid damage or dust accumulation while allowing airflow for accurate reading. Although relatively simple in operation, the UT331 is designed to integrate with external systems: it supports USB for power or data, allowing data export when needed. The meter has backlight for better readability in dim light. It usually operates on battery power (commonly AAA), making it usable in places without direct AC supply. Overall, the UT331 aims to balance precision, ease of use, durability, and data recording functions, making it suitable for environmental monitoring, storage, clean rooms, food / health facilities, and general climate control tasks.
